    Your 20 point gas furnace tune-up will include the following:

    1. Clean or change filter (customer supplies)
    2. Test safety controls
    3. Cycle furnace
    4. Limited blower cleaning
    5. Test temperature differential
    6. Test flame sensor
    7. Test amp draw to blower
    8. Test amp draw to inducer
    9. Oil the blower and inducer if necessary
    10. Inspect flue pipe
    11. Clean burners
    12. Rate/set furnace input
    13. Test hot surface ignitor
    14. Clean and adjust pilot assembly
    15. Tighten electrical connections
    16. Test gas pressure
    17. Test for gas leaks
